Based on a catamaran structure, SEATY modules benefit from all the group’s technological and industrial expertise: Experience in the design, maintenance and manufacture of living spaces at sea. This legitimacy is reinforced by the reputation of CatanaGroup, a global benchmark in safety, innovation and stability at sea, with the group having been THE specialist in catamaran manufacture for over 40 years.
The modules are manufactured at the CatanaGroup factory at Aveiro, Portugal, a site renowned for its technical standards and responsiveness. This choice guarantees SEATY reliable, controlled and sustainable production.

The Office configuration includes two individual workspaces and one larger main office, all designed for focus or professional meetings. Each area can be customized as a workstation, a private office, or a collaborative space. A wooden terrace naturally extends the work environment, ideal for informal conversations or client meetings outdoors. The rooftop can host a pergola, lounge area, or solar panels. Modules can be combined to create a fully tailored business hub.

The resort configuration includes two or three large independent or connected bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private terrace. The upstairs terrace offers a spacious lounging area and can accommodate a pergola, sofas and a bar to enjoy panoramic views.
